Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all information regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders within the Netherlands and the EU.


1. Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Returns must be sent to:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will still be reviewed before acceptance.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products.

  • If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before making a return.


5. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without giving a justification.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Shipping costs for the original delivery are refundable under this cooling-off period.


7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@bicycleworks.nl.
