Thank you for shopping with us! Below you will find all information regarding shipping, delivery times, and order processing within the Netherlands.
1. Order Processing

We ship orders Monday through Saturday, including during holidays and vacation periods.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped on the next shipping day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via PostNL. A tracking number will be sent as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country.
Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands 1–2 business days

Belgium: 2–3 business days

Germany: 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our facility:

Pickup is available during our business hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–17:00.
Evening pickups can be arranged upon request.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your PostNL tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for:

delays caused by PostNL

packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you further.
